In her new role, Arruda will lead all aspects of the company’s People & Culture strategy, continuing to foster an inclusive, people-first culture aligned with NEXDINE’s rapid growth and operational excellence.
Since joining NEXDINE in 2017, Arruda has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution, driving initiatives that have supported the triple-digit growth over the past five years, growing our team to over 2000 colleagues. Her leadership has been instrumental in building a high-performing People & Culture department, overseeing the implementation of a transformative Workday system, and developing a national team known for strategic impact and colleague engagement.
