Colleague Spotlight! Our very own Justin Drew is making a difference, volunteering to help fight food insecurity.
Hi! My name is Justin Drew, Vice President, Business Development with NEXDINE HOSPITALITY, and I volunteer at Philabundance in my local community. It’s extremely rewarding to support an incredible organization with local roots that are trying to help families and fight food insecurity. Food is a basic human right and no one should have to wake up each day and worry about where their next meal will come from.
Giving back is so important to me! I am looking forward to participating in SHFM’s National Conference Charitable Event: Hunger Games on December 7th! Each year SHFM conference attendees come together during our annual hunger awareness activity for an afternoon of fun and networking. This year’s event will benefit Gracie’s Kitchen, a Nassau County organization that serves meals to food insecure in their community.
