We are proud to announce that all of NEXDINE’s corporate and field management team have completed wellness training through the Food Service Wellness Institute™. NEXDINE is the first onsite food service management company to have its entire management team certified.
Through this certification, all chefs, as well as corporate and account managers, earned their FSWC designation approved by the American Culinary Federation, the Association for Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals, and the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers for continuing education credits.
FSWC empowers all NexDine management teams with the expertise to support and align with their clients’ wellness initiatives to enhance the health and well-being of their customers and to strengthen wellness outcomes for the organizations they serve.
Jeremy Tavares, Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at NEXDINE explains how valuable the training is for his team “What I love about the FSWI Certification is it allows our team to continue to be chefs. Too much of wellness is centered around the dos and don’ts, and blindly following recipes with no regard for the final taste. By teaching our chefs the foundations of wellness dining, we are giving them the tools to continue to create flavorful and inspiring menus, while keeping our guest’s health in mind.”
