We are excited to announce the promotion of Rebecca McCullough MS RDN LD CDP FAND to Executive Vice President of Senior Living Operations at NEXDINE Hospitality.

Rebecca’s achievements extend far beyond day-to-day operations. She authored NEXDINE’s award winning TASTEFUL programs that tailor nutritional interventions to resident and patient needs while supporting a dignified, enjoyable dining experience. By pairing from scratch culinary excellence with specialized nutrition strategies, TASTEFUL has delivered powerful outcomes. Communities have seen improved nutritional intake, stronger engagement in dining, and significant health improvements. Case studies from TASTEFUL Plus documented meaningful weight gain among residents needing targeted support. With the addition of Live Forward and Blue Zone programming elevating the dining programs and resident satisfaction, partners, including RiverSpring Living and Peconic Landing, continue to demonstrate the focus on wellness initiatives across diverse environments.

Rebecca has also led the successful implementation and expansion of the MeazureUp program, transforming how our teams assess operational performance, compliance readiness, and service excellence. Under her leadership, adoption of standardized quality audits drove measurable improvements in consistency, reduced variables across the NEXDINE portfolio, and strengthened accountability within operations.

Rebecca has positioned herself as a respected industry thought leader and has brought extensive pre-NEXDINE experience that has shaped her approach to senior living leadership. Prior to joining the organization, she held regional and national roles supporting senior living dining, environmental services, and nutrition. Her leadership has spanned multi-state portfolios, where she guided operations, built strong cross-functional teams, supported large-scale implementations, and drove performance outcomes for diverse senior living markets. She has also published multiple case studies and articles, and she is frequently featured as a guest speaker at conferences and industry events focused on dining innovation, wellness, and senior living outcomes. Her work continues to influence best practices that benefit residents nationwide.

In her new role, Rebecca will oversee all Senior Living operations across NEXDINE Hospitality. Her knowledge, creativity, and experience will be amazing for our partners and communities because she understands how dining, nutrition, and hospitality come together to elevate resident well-being. She excels at building strong partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and creating environments where residents feel genuinely cared for.

Please join us in congratulating Rebecca on this well-deserved promotion. Her leadership will continue to shape the future of Senior Living at NEXDINE and deliver meaningful results for the communities we serve.
